They are generally between 3 and 12 business days. After shipment, a tracking number is sent by e-mail when tracking is available.

Yes. Delivery to a pickup point in mainland France is free, with no minimum purchase. You can choose Mondial Relay or Colissimo Point Retrait when these services are available for your address. Other available delivery methods and any applicable fees are displayed before order confirmation.

€7.90: Austria, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Italy, and Greece.

€9.90: Luxembourg, Ireland, and Denmark.

€12.90: Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland.

€14.90: Sweden, Hungary, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Finland, Cyprus, and Malta.

Yes. TOTSNEAKERS delivers to many European countries as well as Switzerland. Fees vary depending on the destination and are indicated before order confirmation. The United Kingdom and Norway are currently not among the proposed destinations.

Yes. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. The item must be new, complete, unworn outdoors, and returned with its box and accessories if provided. Initiate your request via the contact form before shipping the product.

For returns from mainland France, standard return shipping costs are covered by TOTSNEAKERS when the request is made within the 14-day period, return conditions are met, and communicated instructions are followed.

For returns from abroad related to a change of mind or exercise of the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

In case of preparation error, incorrect product, wrong size sent, product damaged upon receipt, or any issue resulting from our responsibility, return shipping costs are covered by TOTSNEAKERS regardless of the country.

The refund is issued after receipt and inspection of the return, then credited back to the payment method used for the order. It may be delayed until the product is recovered or proof of shipment is received, under the conditions provided by applicable regulations.
