We ship to mainland France and all 26 other EU countries. Pickup-point delivery is free only in mainland France, where available. Elsewhere, rates and delivery methods depend on the destination, address and parcel. Orders are generally prepared within 48 business hours; estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–4 business days in France and 3–5 business days in the other EU countries. Final costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Standard return shipping is covered for eligible returns from mainland France, subject to the conditions and instructions provided. For change-of-mind returns from other countries, the customer pays return shipping. If the return is due to an error or defect for which we are responsible, we cover the costs regardless of country.
